My teachings are grounded in the traditional lineage of Hatha Raja and Dharma yoga married with the precision of Prana Vashya yoga and creativity of Mandala Vinyasa

I honor the traditions while awakening the true potential as an individual in the modern world. I hope for each student to experience a journey that goes beyond the body and pierces deeply into the heart by weaving together asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, meditation and chanting, along with shadow work, ritual, and a deep connection with nature..

My self-practice and dedication have allowed me to merge the wisdom and healing power of YOGA and PILATES and as a result create:

Pilates

Its a form of Pilates that involves the use of aerial hammocks or yoga swings. With Aerial Pilates you will do most of the exercises that you would in a regular Pilates class. Its a method of exercise that consists  movements of flexibility and muscular strength as also resistance of low impact. Ayama Pilates inspired among others by classic Pilates, Garuda Pilates, Pilates with machines, Barre, contemporary dance and yoga.

Wheel

Its a fusion between yoga and pilates. In the class we will use yoga wheel like perfect element to open shoulders and chest, deepen in arches of the back in a natural way.
As also work a strength, challenging your  core and balance.
